Education and Professional Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in landscape architecture, with a minimum grade of “Good”
- 10+ years of experience in Landscape design.
Specific Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Comprehensive knowledge of:
- Landscape standards, quality assurance and regulatory codes.
- Strong portfolio in public realm, streetscape and large-scale development projects.
- Comprehensive knowledge of: Related software, including CAD tools, Photoshop tools, Microsoft office, Revit, In Design, Civil 3D, Sketch up, Lumion and others.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
General Requirements:
- Excellent listening and interpersonal skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Good command of the English language (written & spoken)
- Ability to work well under pressure and assess workload to establish priorities
