Education and Professional Qualifications:

• B.Sc. Degree in an Interior design discipline, with a minimum grade of “Good”.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in all phases of interior design.

Specific Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit.
• Strong knowledge of materials, details, and construction documentation.
• Experience in Large Scale & Mega Projects.
• Ability to work collaboratively and meet deadlines.

Job Description:

•  Knowledge of  Interior design standards and codes.
•  Develop technical drawings, layouts, and detailed documentation for interior design projects, from schematic stage through tender documents and IFC.
•  Demonstrate professionalism and effective interpersonal skills at all organizational levels.
•  Ability to read and understand drawings and designs accurately.
•  Follow oral and written instructions and directives closely.
•  Learn, retain, and apply relevant laws and regulatory codes related to the assigned area.
•  Capable of defining and meeting realistic project timelines.
