• 2–8 years of relevant experience in cost estimation.
• Maintain current and up-to-date records of rates and prices for materials, labor, and equipment.
• Develop project cost estimates during both the pre- and post-tender phases.
• Conduct cost analysis and evaluate claims.
• Experience in value engineering and cost control is preferred.

General Requirements

• B.Sc. in Civil/ Architectural engineering.
• Good knowledge of relevant computer applications.
• Strong analytical, communication, and report-writing skills.
• Good command of the English language.
• Ability to work effectively within a team and under pressure.
• Ability to assess workload and set priorities.
