Main Responsibilities:
- Maintain current records of rates and prices of materials, labor and equipment.
- Develop project’s cost estimate at pre and post Tender phases.
- Cost Analysis and evaluation of claims.
- Value engineering, and cost control
Requirements:
- BSc. in Mechanical Engineering major;
- 4-10 years of experience, part of which in Cost estimation.
Skills:
- Technical report writing, report study, research, data analysis and evaluation.
- Communication, negotiation and presentation.
- Ability to work within a team and work under pressure.
- Assessing workload and setting priorities.
- Computer relevant applications.
- Proficiency in English Language.
