Education and Professional Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or law.
- Strong administrative skills; 3 + years of experience in Contract Management and working in multi-cultural teams.
Specific tasks and responsibilities:
- Under the guidance of the Worley Contracts Manager, provide technical assistance functions to the NPPA Follow-Up department.
- Assist and support NPPA Follow-Up Department Head and the subordinate FUD Contract Managers in their daily tasks.
- Assist and support NPPA Follow-Up Department Head and the subordinate Contract Managers with the review of draft letters and PMM procedures.
- Track NPPA / Contractor communications status by the bi-weekly preparation of the Master Correspondence Tracking Log (MCTL). Coordination feedback from various NPPA Department.
- Maintain and manage technical files and records in an organized manner.
- Organize and schedule Department internal and external meetings including scheduling, location and notice to attendees.
- Assists in monitoring contract adherence in coordination with Contracts Management team.
- Assist project team in reviewing draft letters, MoMs and statements as required.
- Support contractual issues raised by the Worley team by researching the various NPPA Contracts and providing feedback. Coordinate with the Worley Contract Manager as appropriate.
- Performs other duties as required or assigned.
Skills/Competencies:
- Advanced skills in Excel, Word and Outlook software
- Ability to manage issues to closure in a multi-cultural, ambiguous environment
- Ability to communicate, influence and persuade without formal authority
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Arabic and English is essential.
- Prudent use of confidential information
- Organized and disciplined, capability to plan and schedule tasks and events
- Excellent communication ability
