Education and Professional Qualification:

• 5-10 years’ progressive experience in Architecture/Engineering design with minimum 5 years in BIM field

Software Skills:

• Revit, Navisworks and ACC are required
• Dynamo, Civil 3D, Synchro are advanced

Responsibilities:

• Prepare project’s BIM execution plan (BEP)
• Develop, Coordinate and Organize the BIM training courses
• Define the used Common Data Environment (CDE)
• Manage, and Monitor the assigned BIM Project Coordinators
• Collect the MEP requirements and Prepare the pre-coordination zoning
• Conduct the BIM coordination meetings on regular intervals with the project delivery team
• Provide coordination solutions to resolve visual inspection issues and hard clashes
• Ensure final BIM deliverable requirements are achieved
• Follow-up the new BIM codes, techniques, process, implementation, software, tools, terms and methods
