BIM Coordinator/Manager

Job Location: Nasr City /Smart Village
Job Type: Full Time
Area of Expertise: BIM Department
Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and enforce project BIM execution plans.
  • Develop and maintain the company’s BIM standards.
  • Create complex, parametric Revit families.
  • Automate tasks using Dynamo scripts.
  • Lead BIM coordination between multi-disciplines
  • Provide technical support and guidance to the project teams on all BIM-related issues.

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Landscape/Electrical/Mechanical/Infrastructure)
  • 5-10 years of relevant experience.
  • Deep expertise in BIM software (Revit, Dynamo, Civil 3D, Navisworks and Forma).
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
