Hail and Ghasha Iconic and Non-Process Buildings

The project is part of Hail and Ghasha Development; a project of major importance for the Oil and Gas industry in Abu Dhabi, as well as being one of the largest projects developed by Abu Dhabi National Oil Company ADNOC for sour gas recovery.
The Non-Process buildings are distributed on three major zones: Manaif, which hosts the on-shore buildings; and Chananiz and Sawalem Islands hosting two offshore locations.
The project consists of 3 sites as follows:

Onshore Developments at Manaif:
The onshore developments at Manaif comprise a group of high-end iconic facilities including an administration building featuring an auditorium; mess facility; training and lectures building; and a mosque. The iconic buildings are clustered, thus creating a shaded internal court.
Furthermore, through a study of the venue’s functional characteristics, other iconic buildings are planned in close proximity to the main buildings cluster, such as the Plant Control Building, with a control room to accommodate 64 work consoles. Additionally, the Critical Infrastructure and Coastal Protection Authority (CICPA) gatecheck, and the Campus Gate are all located within the campus of the
Non-Process buildings.
The exterior designs are crafted to reflect their dominant identity, in line with the ancestral legacy and futuristic vision of the Emirate of Abu Dhabi. Other onshore facilities also include a group of functional
non-process buildings: a workshop for repairing valves and general maintenance; a workshop for mobile equipment, vehicles, and trucks; a storage building equipped for storing chemicals; and a general storage area for spare parts and consumables.

Offshore Facilities in Chananiz Island:
The offshore facilities in Chananiz Island include a local control room, and a building for the maintenance workshops and storage, in addition to the CICPA gatehouse at the island harbor.

Offshore Facilities in Sawalem Island:
The offshore Sawalem Island works include the accommodation quarters with a sports court, gym, and a swimming pool; temporary accommodation for drilling labor; mosque; CICPA offices; offshore accommodation facilities; and a four-story administration building.
