Infrastructure Design Works for Tobruq City

Tobruq city development project includes the Al-Mukhtar and Abdel Moneim Riad neighborhoods, covering a total area of 3,100,000 m2. The city is designated as a residential and commercial area, featuring essential public services such as clinics, schools, and mosques.
