Project Description

Located in Sedra Roshn, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, Ewan Sedra 5 project encompasses two blocks (1 & 2) with a total land area of 341,205 m2. Phase 3 of Sedra comprises three packages: Bundle 1 (Package I), with a total gross area of 161,112 m2; and Bundle 2, comprising Package J, with a total gross area of 122,652 m2, and Package K, with a total gross area of 57,441 m2.

ECG’s scope of work includes providing infrastructure design services and obtaining all required approvals and NOCs from the relevant authorities for all infrastructure works within the Master Plan (MP).
