Infrastructure and Roads for 150 Acres Development for The Estates Project

Located approximately 35 km west of downtown Cairo in an area of rapid new development, the project site comprises relatively flat low-lying land adjacent to the Cairo-Alex. Desert Road with an area of 150 acres.

The development includes residential and non-residential (service) units on a net land area of 631,851.19 m².

Infrastructure and utility buildings works encompass:

• Water and Firefighting Network: about 10 km uPVC pipes with diameters ranging from 90 mm to 250mm
• Water and Firefighting Tank: capacity of 1,700 m³
• Combined Sewage and Storm Network: about 10 km uPVC pipes with diameters ranging from 200mm to 500mm
• Irrigation Network: about 8 km uPVC pipes with diameters ranging from 32mm to 250mm
• Irrigation Tank: capacity of 2,000 m³
• Roads Network: length of about 10 km
• Electrical Networks: about 6 km long medium voltage cables, low voltage cables, and street lighting
• Distributer Building: dimensions of 16 m × 7 m × 6 m
• Transformer Room: dimensions of 9.5 m ×5 m × 6 m
• Telecommunications Networks: Air Blown Fiber System with about 20 km of conduits with dimensions of 40 cm × 90 cm
