Project Description
On a total land area of 12,230 m2; the project comprises car services building (G+1) with a BUA of 3,982 m2, bus services building (ground level) with a BUA of 1,828 m2, substation building (ground level) with a BUA of 122 m2, guard house with a BUA of 18 m2, and gates & fences. This adds to external works which include infrastructure and internal roads networks.
