Galala Land Mark

Project Description

On a land area of 6,000 m2; the project occupies one of the highest lands in Al-Galala City, where it overlooks the overall city and Red Sea.
The project consists of the following components:
• A monument on a footprint area of approximately 850 m2, and with a height of 40 m & a total BUA of about 2,400 m2.
• A four-floor main building: ground floor consisting of a land mark entrance, lounges, toilets, vertical
circulations, and mechanical spaces; first floor including a main restaurant (approximately area of
230 m2), supportive kitchen, toilets, and mechanical spaces; second floor comprising a cafeteria, kitchen, toilets, mechanical spaces and an outdoor terrace; in addition to third floor which encompassing an outdoor terrace with an approximate altitude of 680 m from sea level.
• Commercial activities area, shops, and two main squares (a total area 310 m2).
• Parking space accommodating 500 cars; in addition to ancillary services (power station…, etc.).
