Thirty teams, three evenings and two courts set the stage for ECG’s 2026 Padel Tournament, bringing colleagues together for friendly competition, teamwork and memorable moments beyond the workplace.

Throughout the tournament, colleagues took to the courts as teammates and opponents, cheering each other on, sharing laughs and building connections beyond their everyday routines.

With 30 teams competing for a place among the top four, the matches delivered plenty of excitement. Yet the tournament was about more than points and rallies. It offered colleagues an opportunity to connect, encourage one another and strengthen the team spirit that brings people together across ECG.
