At ECG, we believe that a healthy workplace starts with healthy people. As part of our ongoing commitment to employee wellbeing, we recently hosted a dedicated Health Day in collaboration with Nile Badrawy Hospital, part of Cleopatra Hospitals Group.

Held at our Nasr City Headquarters and Smart Village offices, the initiative was designed to promote preventive healthcare and encourage employees to take a proactive approach to their wellbeing. The event featured an expert-led awareness session focused on the prevention of cardiovascular and circulatory diseases, providing practical insights into maintaining a healthier lifestyle and recognizing the importance of early detection.

To complement the awareness session, employees had access to free consultations with cardiology and neurology specialists, along with ECG and Echo examinations for selected cases. General health screenings, including blood pressure, random blood sugar, and in-body analysis, were also available, giving participants a comprehensive overview of their health.

By bringing specialized medical expertise directly to the workplace, ECG continues to create opportunities that support the health of its people beyond the office environment. Initiatives like these reflect our belief that investing in our employees’ wellbeing is essential to building a stronger, healthier, and more resilient organization.
