As part of its continued focus on employee wellbeing, ECG recently organized a dedicated awareness event on office ergonomics and spine health, in collaboration with Sky Hospital from Cleopatra Group Hospitals.

The session addressed one of the most common challenges in today’s work environment—spine and posture-related issues caused by incorrect office habits. Led by a physiotherapy specialist, the event offered practical guidance on maintaining proper posture, avoiding long-term health risks, and adopting healthier daily routines.

The initiative took place at ECG’s Nasr City Headquarters on April 27, 2026, and at Smart Village on April 28, 2026, ensuring accessibility for employees across both locations.

To further support this effort, an orthopedic consultant was available on both days to provide free consultations, alongside physiotherapy assessments and general health checkups, including blood pressure, blood sugar testing, and in-body analysis.

Through initiatives like this, ECG continues to foster a workplace culture that prioritizes health, awareness, and long-term wellbeing—empowering its people to perform at their best every day.
