Development of National Housing Communities in Al Aamerah

The project has a total built-up area of 12,000 m², in addition to 4,000 m² allocated for community retail and a mosque. It is strategically positioned at the heart of the masterplan, serving as the central social hub of the Al-Amerah district.

The design establishes a strong spatial and visual connection between the mall, the mosque, and the adjacent park through an integrated landscape framework. These elements are seamlessly linked to
create a continuous spatial journey that encourages movement, interaction, and community engagement.

The overall concept is rooted in preserving and reflecting the original local identity of Al Ain, ensuring that the development responds sensitively to its cultural context while providing a vibrant and contemporary urban destination.
