Project Description

Doha has been named as the host city of the 21st FINA World Championships & World Master Championships, Doha 2024. To achieve this, the Ministry of Culture & Sports and Ashghal decided to deliver temporary venues for FINA World Championships and World Masters Championships according to the requirements and approvals of Qatar Olympic Committee & Qatar Swimming Association (The Local Organizing Committee, LOC) and FINA (International Swimming Federation). The Championships were held during the period from January 19 to February 18, 2024 in two locations; Aspire Zone and Old Doha Port.
