Qualifications:

–  A minimum of 5 years progressive experience.

–  Experience in high-rise buildings and coordination on large-scale projects.

–  Comprehensive knowledge of Electrical design standards and codes

–  Comprehensive Knowledge of modern and complex principles and practices of electrical engineering in order to design and design review.

–  Ability to use CAD, REVIT tools, or comprehensive process of using personal computers and Word Processing Software.

–  Knowledge of procedure and terminology for designing; writing specifications; and performing construction support, design review, and project management

–  Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work professionally with persons at all levels

–  Excellent analytical, and creative problem-solving skills

–  Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.

–  Ability to transfer knowledge to others in the design and preparation of drawings, specifications and estimates to use in the course of design.

–  Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in oral and written form

–  Ability to motivate staff through proper direction and counseling.
