We are seeking a motivated Junior Road Design Engineer with 1–3 years of experience in road and highway design. The successful candidate will support the preparation of road design drawings and documents while collaborating closely with project team members.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare road design drawings and related documentation.
• Develop:
  • Road profiles
  • Cross-sections
  • Surface models
  • Bills of Quantities (BOQ)
• Coordinate with team members to ensure timely delivery of project requirements.
• Assist in design reviews and quality control processes.
• Ensure compliance with project standards and specifications.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
• 1–3 years of experience in road/highway design.
• Proficiency in Autodesk software, including:
  • AutoCAD
  • Civil 3D
• Experience with:
  • AutoTURN
  • Autodesk Vehicle Tracking
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment.
