Responsibilities :
- Prepares and updates all relevant experience related to prequalification and technical proposals.
- Prepares and finalizes prequalification documents and expression of interests.
- Completes registration applications as pertained to relevant prospective Clients.
- Follow-up on updates of commercial license and other documentation required to be submitted with the prequalification documents.

Education and Professional Qualifications:
- B.Sc Degree, with a minimum grade of “Good”
- A minimum of 3 to 7 years of experience in administrative work
Specific Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications
- Good knowledge of coordination with other disciplines
GENERAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Good command of the English language (written & spoken)
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Excellent listening and interpersonal skills
