  • Responsibilities :

  • Prepares and updates all relevant experience related to prequalification and technical proposals.
  • Prepares and finalizes prequalification documents and expression of interests.
  • Completes registration applications as pertained to relevant prospective Clients.
  • Follow-up on updates of commercial license and other documentation required to be submitted with the prequalification documents.
  • Education and Professional Qualifications:

  • B.Sc Degree, with a minimum grade of “Good”
  • A minimum of 3 to 7 years of experience in administrative work

Specific Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications
  • Good knowledge of coordination with other disciplines

 GENERAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Good command of the English language (written & spoken)
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Excellent listening and interpersonal skills
