Benya Cables Factory
Project Description
The Benya Cables Factory, Egypt’s first fiber-optic factory, is located within the SIDC area of the Suez Canal Economic Zone in Ain Al-Sokhna, occupying a total land area of 40,000 m².
The project includes:
- An administration building (BUA: 1,500 m²)
- Main production hanger (BUA: 5,000 m²)
- Raw material storage (BUA: 1,500 m²) connected to the main production hanger, workshops (BUA: 1,000 m²) connected to main production hanger
- Finished product storage (BUA: 2,000 m²) under steel shed, and a shaded parking
