Al-Wukair Logistic Park Phases 1 & 2

Occupying a site total area of 1,482,909 m2 on Hamad Port Road expressway; the project includes a dry-ventilated warehouse, air-conditioned warehouse, showroom, CCTV building, guardroom, and services (substations and MEP services). The scope of work includes issuing construction documents for Phase 1, and tender documents for Phase 2, in addition to obtaining authorities approvals for both phases.
