Project Description

Full development design incorporating infrastructure:

  • Potable Water Network: HDPE pressurized pipelines and ground tank. Demand: 3,200 m3/day.
  • Firefighting Loop Network: HDPE pressurized pipelines. Demand: 1,400 m3/day.
  • Sewage Collection Network.
  • Storm Collection Network.
  • Irrigation Network: Fed from municipality’s existing TSE network (2,900 m3/day). Underground storage tank.

Mixed-Use Development: Mall, mosque, church, residential studio apartments, cinema complex, city hall, island boutique hotel and library.
