Al-Alamein Commercial Area

The project stretches over a total land area of 32 acres divided into two sectors. It includes a land dedicated for the integrated residential community with an area of approximately 94,000 m² and a mall that occupies an area of approximately 11,154.30 m² (8% of the total land area), with allowable footprint of 40% and allowable height of G+2. The mall has a BUA of about 12,100 m², including a basement floor for parking purposes.
