ECG’s scope of work covers coordinating with the International Consultant in the concept and schematic designs; in addition to preparing the detailed design, tender documents, and tender action.

With a total built-up area of about 49,819 m², and a capacity of 287 rooms; the hotel building comprises a garden floor, entry floor, and three upper floors arranged as follows:

• Garden floor: restaurants, gym, spa, kids club, parking, and back of house
• Entry floor: hotel reception, administration area, parking, and hotel rooms
• First, second, and third floors: hotel rooms
• Roof Pool Deck and Cafeteria.
