50 MWp solar farm at Benban Solar Park

On a land area of about 900,000 m2; the Solar Farm is located in the village of Benban, 35 Km of Aswan, with a total capacity of approximately 1,465 MW. The project supplies electric energy to the grid of Egypt that measures up to 50 MWp.
Benban Solar Park stretches on an area of 37.2 Km2 (14.4 sq. miles), and is divided into 41 separated plots arranged in 4 rows; each with an area of 0.3 km2 to 1 km2. The plots are available for different companies to develop 41 plants.
