The project's most challenging constraint is to maintain the architectural style of the original building constructed in 1929.


The existing four-storey building occupies an area of 850 m2. It consists of a parking area in the first basement level and of electrical / mechanical services on the second basement level.


Office spaces are available on the ground, second and third floors. A conference room, lounge and cafeteria located on the first floor. The building is centrally air-conditioned and is equipped with modern fire alarm, fire fighting and telephone systems.
