Designated as Architect of Record for the St. Regis Hotel, ECG also supervised the construction of the exclusive development. The 180,000 sq m hospitality and hotel-serviced residential complex debuted the global St. Regis brand to Africa and encompassed two towers and a retail atrium with sweeping views of the River Nile. Towering 41 stories high, St. Regis hosted 300 furnished rooms, 210 hotel-serviced apartments, and 32 residential apartments and penthouses. Other amenities offered included more than 8,000 square feet of meeting and conference space, a business center, retail units, four restaurants, a lounge, an outdoor pool, a luxury spa, a fitness center, and an 800-slot underground car parking area.
