Located in the Petroleum Institute's extensive educational campus, Arzanah Building was devoted solely to the education of female students. Occupying an expanse exceeding 15,000 m2, the development's total built-up area was 28,000 m2. In addition to classrooms, the building unfolded laboratories, workshops, a library, and a dining hall. Noteworthy, ECG also addressed the MEP coordination for the project with construction cost stood at US$ 48 million
