Perkins Eastman and ECG were awarded the Design and Construction Supervision consultancy services for Lekhwiya Sport Stadium.


The overall project includes two phases, Phase (1) comprises a Soccer Stadium, with a built-up area of 6,863 m2 and concourse area of 720 m2, four training soccer fields and the related facilities. Phase (2) comprises a multifunctional arena, 75 key hotel and the related facilities.


The stadium will have a capacity of 10,000 seats spraed over a seating area of 6,005 m2.
