Set adjacent to the Abu Dhabi Shooting Club, the Residential Leisure & Commercial Compound extended over a total plot area of 233,000 sq m. It comprised 385 villas; eight residential buildings hosting 532 apartments; a recreation center unfolding a mosque, a gym, retail shops, a bowling center, and other entertainment facilities. Moreover, the project incorporated a hypermarket with a total built-up area of 3,965 sq m. The project's total construction cost stood at US$ 449 million.
