Support facilities for the Petroleum Institute encompassed offices, classrooms, a computer laboratory, and staff administrative offices entertaining a total built-up area of 2,700 sq m. Furthermore, a total built-up area of 1,150 sq m was devoted to a dining hall and kitchen. Meanwhile, an indoor sports hall, with total built-up area of 8,400 sq m, was developed with separate zones for males and females, changing and locker rooms, a gym, and a coffee shop. Interconnected male and female zones accommodated an indoor common entrance and a squash court. For the project whose total construction cost was US$ 19 million ECG's mandate also involved MEP coordination.
