Support facilities for the Petroleum Institute encompassed offices, classrooms, a computer laboratory, and staff administrative offices entertaining a total built up area of 2,700 m2. Furthermore, a total built-up area of 1,150 m2 was devoted to a dining hall and kitchen. Meanwhile, an indoor sports hall, with total built-up area of 8,400 m2, was developed with separate zones for males & females, changing and locker rooms, a gym, and a coffee shop. Interconnected male and female zones accommodated an indoor common entrance and a squash court. For the project whose total construction cost was US $ 19 million, ECG's mandate also involved MEP coordination.


Project consists of an Indoor Sports Hall of area 8,400 m2, a Dining Hall of area 1,800 m2, and offices & classrooms of area 2,700 m2
