Located within the Petroleum Institute campus, the Petroleum Institute Student Center and Auditorium comprised a student center with a total built-up area of 5,800 sq m. The student center comprised activity halls, student union rooms, coffee shops, and staff support offices. Other project elements included an auditorium which entertained a built-up area of 5,300 sq m and accommodated a 1,100-person auditorium hall, a VIP lounge, meeting facilities, delegation rooms, and multi-purpose halls. The project also unveiled a covered plaza with a built-up area of 1,400 sq m encompassing a gathering area devoted to multiple activities. Total project construction cost stood at US$ 17 million.
