New Giza for Real Estate Development-Egypt awarded Engineering Consultants Group (ECG)- Egypt the Consultancy Services for the New Giza Screen Building Project at Km 22 Cairo-Alex Desert Road.
The New Giza Screen Building is an office building with a total built-up area of approximately 6,300 m2. The existing building comprises a basement, ground floor and four typical floors.
ECG Scope of Services encompasses concept report, detailed design, tender documents and tender action for the building HVAC, electrical and light current works.
