With a total built-up area of 1,000 sq m, the 220-person Auditorium was devoted to the GASCO Bu Hasa Oil Field staff. Development components comprised a foyer, a main hall, male/female restrooms, and service rooms. The auditorium was also provided with a state-of-the-art audio-visual system which delivered multimedia and distance delivery facilities. Additionally, the project involved the development of a LEED-certified Management Building which housed GASCO's administrative staff and had a total built-up area of 1,600 sq m. Both Management and Auditorium Buildings were served by an auxiliary building hosting chillers, a substation, and a pump room. ECG designs secured streamlined functionality, seamless constructability, and cost-effective maintenance requirements.
