ECG was involved in the design and construction supervision of Buildings Mb1, Mb4, Mb3, and Mb5 of the Maadi Call Center.

Constructed over a footprint area of 4,200 m2, Building 1 comprised a basement, a ground floor, and two above-ground floors. Designed to host call center activities, the building was divided into three separate structures each served by its own facilities. IT rooms and electrical services were housed in the basement.

Equipped with state-of-the-art electromechanical facilities, Building Mb4 was dedicated to call center activities as well. Constructed over a similar footprint area of 4,200 m2 , it comprised a basement, a ground floor, and four above-ground floors. With a total built-up area of 25,200 m2, the building could be divided into two separate structures each served by its own facilities. Common facilities such as praying rooms and training classes were housed in the basement.

Buildings Mb3 and Mb5 comprised five buildings that could be used individually or as one all-inclusive building. The Mb3 building was devoted to call center activities, whereas Mb5 was reserved for the Egypt Post company. Mb3 and Mb5 featured two car parking basements and five typical floors with an area of 7,000 m2 per floor.

All buildings' elevations were cladded with natural stone integrated with structural glazing curtain walls.
