Good command of Egyptian Fire Safety Code and NFPA Codes is a must. ■ Draftsmen (Code 7277): With 5+ yrs experience in production of engineering drawings using AutoCAD. MEP Desktop is preferably. ■ Specifications Writers (Code 2282): With 10+ yrs experience in preparing technical specifications for multi-disciplinary engineering projects; familiar with Master Format; relevant experience in compiling tender documents and construction contracts. ■ Resident Engineers (RE) – Buildings, Industrial Plants and Infrastructure (Code 4211): With 15+ yrs experience in relevant disciplines; with at least 5 yrs experience as RE or similar position; sufficient exposure to FIDIC based contracts or similar. ■ Site Engineers – Architectural, Structural, Electrical, Plumbing & Fire Protection, HVAC, Civil, Water/Wastewater, (Code 4212): With 5+ yrs experience in site supervision and quality assurance in relevant disciplines. ■ Site Office Engineers– Architectural, Structural, Electrical, Plumbing & Fire Protection, HVAC, Civil, Water/Wastewater, (Code 4212): With 10+ yrs experience in review/approval of materials, submittals and shop drawings; design experience in respective fields is an advantage. ■ Quantity Surveyors (Code 4220): With 7+ yrs experience in quantity surveying and review certification of contractors payment. ■ Field Surveyors (Code 4212): With 5+ yrs experience in field surveying by using all equipment especially Total Station equipment. ■ Material/Test Engineers (Code 4212): With 5+ yrs experience in supervising tests for all construction materials in sites. ■ Contracts Administrators (Code 4311): With 7+ yrs experience in post contract administration; relevant experience in construction and engineering trades; familiar with tenders and claims evaluation. ■ Planning & Scheduling Engineers (Code 4511): With 5+ yrs experience as a planner in buildings and/or infrastructure projects; good command of Primavera scheduling software, preferably Primavera Enterprise. ■ Quality Auditors (Code 9151): With 3 yrs experience in implementing internal auditing, procedures and quality management system. ■ Document Controllers (Code 4280): Hold University Bachelor, Bilingual (Arabic and English), good command in typing using relevant computer software as well as secretarial duties. ■ Secretaries/Computer Operators (Code 9211): Hold University Bachelor, Bilingual (Arabic and English), good command in typing using relevant computer software as well as secretarial duties. Good command of French is an advantage.
