Relocating the HSBC Bank New Head Office to Maadi Suburb, Cairo involved the development of a 4,000 m2 office footprint area. With a total built area of 25,500 m2 (2,150 m2 per floor), the postmodern office building accommodated a basement, a ground floor, and nine typical floors; five of which were handed over on a core and shell basis, while other floors were fully finished.
