A first in Egypt, the four-storey structure documents and raises international and local awareness of Egypt's rich cultural and natural heritage. The development's top three floors cover an area of 1350 sq m each and house the center's administrative staff. The ground floor, which is designed to house an assortment of 3D model Egyptian monuments, hosts both a multi-purpose and an expansive walk-through exhibition hall. Other ground floor facilities encompass a staff break lounge and a meeting room. Finally, the building enjoys a double-height entrance hall unveiling one panoramic elevator with exceptional views of landscaped atrium spaces.
