Cairo International Airport Terminal Building 3
The Egyptian Holding Company for Air Navigation and Airports (EHCAAN) and Cairo Airport Company (CAC), awarded ECG Engineering Consultants Group S.A., the Engineering Consultancy Services for the update of the master plan related to the strip of land located to the west of New Cairo Airport Terminal Building 3 (TB3) and east of the Autostrad.
ECG/ NACO prepared and submitted the master plan and the land use for the 600,000 m2 area in April 2007. By the end of 2009, and in light of new strategies, the EHCAAN and CAC decided to revisit the land use for the area allotted to CAC. The new ambitious strategy aims to implement two (2) projects in the area including (1) Hajj/ Omrah Terminal of capacity not less than 1'200 PAX and (2)VIP lounge buildings.
ECG Scope of Services comprises the update of the master plan for the CAC area to fulfill the new land use requirements.
