Embracing the Spanish theme that defines neighboring area, the Andalusia villa collection reflects the historical link between the people of the Middle East and the famous Spanish region Andalusia – a name that is derived from the Arabic word “Al Andalus”.

With a total built-up area of 55,000m2, the Andalusia collection is located within the villa residential area in Dubai Land, conveniently near the Global village. The project consists of 69 luxurious villas; each features 5-6 bedrooms, 1 large Majlis, 2 living rooms, middle courtyard and a swimming pool.

The villa collection is divided into three types as follows:
• Diamante: 31 villas (with a built-up area of 8,300ft2 and plot areas ranging from 15,300 to 30,300ft2).
• Zafiro: 17 villas (with a built-up area of 8,000ft2 and plot areas ranging from 14,400 to 17,600ft2).
• Perla: 21 villas (with a built-up area of 7,000ft2 and plot areas ranging from 12,000 to 22,000ft2).
