With a total built-up area of 65,000 sq m, 44 West Bay Residential Tower comprised a 323-slot car parking located in two basement floors; a ground floor entailing main and private entrances, a lounge, a gymnasium, a swimming pool, a cafeteria, and a multi-purpose hall; a mezzanine accommodating electromechanical services; 44 residential floors hosting 168 flats and 4 duplex units; and 4 roof floors devoted to overhead tanks, lifts machine rooms, and additional electromechanical services. The high-rise tower was also served by a 34-slot above-ground car parking.
